Sam has been an active member of the Liverpool and Greater Western Sydney area for over 28 years, and the director and manager of Elders Liverpool since establishment in 1989. As a fully accredited license holder, Sam has the experience and wealth knowledge of the Liverpool area, and has seen first-hand the shift in market over his years of practising real estate.
Sam’s specialty is within the Residential and Rural sales in which he has been actively involved in with transactions of raw and approved development sites.
For over two decades Sam has been a member of the following committees:
– Member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW
– Member of the Estate Agents Co-operative
As a director of Elders Liverpool he has contributed to the success of the business by demonstrating his constant hard work and efforts in and out of the office, and has been recognized by the Elders Company.
